The system includes two main components, cOutsource, the enterprise crowdsourcing platform and cLancers, the global freelancing platform.

Sal Sarosh is an entrepreneur and technology leader with 20+ years of experience and progressive career growth. Prior to starting Crowdplat, Mr. Sarosh held leadership roles at Autonomy/HP, Iron Mountain and Franklin Templeton Investments. Before this, he worked in technical roles at Deloitte and CGI. Sal holds dual MBA degrees from University of California, Berkeley and Columbia University, New York, in addition to a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. He is married and lives in California with wife and two kids.
Crowdplat raised capital from 500 startups, founded by well known silicon valley investors Dave McClure and Christine Tsai. Our mentor at 500 was Elizabeth Yin who runs the 500 startups accelerator program in Mountain View California. Prior to 500, Elizabeth was CEO of Launchbit. Before Launchbit, she built profitable niche websites and previously worked as a product marketing manager at Google. Elizabeth holds a BS in electrical engineering from Stanford and an MBA from MIT Sloan.
