Our Story
The workforce has changed dramatically over the years. In the past, companies hired employees and established career plans intending for them to work as many as 30+ years until they retired. As time progressed, companies began relying more on various outsourcing and staffing arrangements through third party agencies with specialized expertise, as they discovered the cost savings and better outcome that resulted from these business models. In recent years, however, outsourcing and staffing have been going through a drastic transformation.
On the one hand, companies are now able to use freelance marketplaces to source talent. Nevertheless, due to the loose structure of most freelancing communities, which tend to operate with little to no control, mid-size and large enterprises are not able to take advantage of freelancers for enterprise-scale projects. But large companies have much to gain from utilizing the freelance community too, if only it was built to work for them. That's where CrowdPlat comes in! We provide managed freelance teams or run crowdsourcing competitions for enterprise projects and take complete accountability for delivery.
On the other hand, staffing models are changing at a fast pace, and human resources departments are looking for new and innovative models to hire and retain the best talent. We are constantly innovating in the staffing field to provide the best contingent workforce to meet our customer needs.
